INSIDE - OUT RAVIOLI | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 clove garlic, minced Brown the above together. Salt to taste. Cook & drain, saving liquid. Add water to make 1 cup liquid total. 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1/2 tsp. salt Dash of pepper Add to spinach liquid and simmer 10 minutes to 1 hour. 1 c. shredded sharp American cheese 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs 2 well beaten eggs 1/4 c. salad oil Combine spinach, macaroni, cheese, bread crumbs, eggs and oil. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with meat sauce. Cook 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Let stand 10 minutes before serving so serving portions won't fall apart when lifted out. |
