IMPOSSIBLE CHEESE CAKE | |
3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. Bisquick 2 eggs 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel Beat all ingredients in blender about 3 minutes, stir occasionally. Pour into 9 inch greased pie plate. Bake until puffed and dry in center. TOPPING: 1 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. sugar 2 tsp. vanilla Chill 3 hours, serve with fruit. |
