CARROT BREAD 
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. nuts, chopped
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/8 tsp. cloves

Mix above with 1 1/2 cup raw shredded carrots. Bake 1 hour in 350 degrees oven in loaf pan.
