CINNAMON BUBBLE BREAD 
1 pkg. hot roll mix
1/2 c. melted butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry orange peel
1-2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. pecans, finely chopped (opt.)

Make hot roll mix according to package directions. Place melted butter in a small bowl; set aside. Mix sugars, cinnamon, orange peel, nuts into a small bowl; set aside.

To shape dough, pinch off into golf ball size pieces. Dip each piece into butter then roll in sugar mixture. Place in tube or bundt pan with sides touching. (Can be overlapped.) Let rise 15 to 20 minutes. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Invert bread onto plate. Sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture if desired.
