HAMBURGER QUICHE 
1/2 lb. ground beef
4 eggs
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/3 c. milk
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Crumble ground beef into 9 inch pie plate. Microwave on high 2 1/2 to 4 minutes or until meat loses its pink color. Break up and drain. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except cheese. Pour into pie plate. Reduce power to 50% (medium) microwave 4 minutes. Push cooked portions to center of plate. Microwave 4 1/2 to 8 minutes or until almost set, lifting edges of set egg after half the cooking time. Sprinkle with cheese. Microwave 1 - 2 1/2 minutes or until cheese melts. Let stand several minutes before serving. Serves 4.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
