2 pkg. lime Jello
1 #2 can crushed pineapple
1 lg. can Pet or Carnation milk
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. water & pineapple juice
1 carton cottage cheese
1/2 c. nuts
3/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing

Put cottage cheese in electric mixer. Add salad dressing and evaporated milk. Mix well. Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup liquid. Bring liquid to boil. Add Jello; mix well. Add with nuts and lemon juice to other mixture. Chill overnight. Serves 16.
