SPINACH SALAD 
2 bunches spinach
1 1/2 c. celery, sliced
1 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. Romano cheese
2 tbsp. Bacos
Salt and pepper to taste

Wash spinach and break into bowl. Add sliced celery, sliced mushrooms, and slivered almonds. Combine vinegar, oil, cheese, Bacos, salt, and pepper; mix well. Pour over spinach and toss. Put hard cooked eggs on top for garnish.
