1 sm. pkg. strawberry Jello
1 sm. container cottage cheese
1 c. walnuts
1 sm. can pineapple pieces
1 sm. container Cool Whip (don't use frozen Cool Whip)

Mix first 4 ingredients. Fold in Cool Whip. This dessert should be light and fluffy if Cool Whip was not frozen. You should have a beautiful dessert. You can make this "light" by substituting sugar and fat free items.
