DRY BARBECUE SAUCE | |
1 3/4 c. celery salt 1/2 c. dry mustard 1/2 c. cumin 1/2 c. black pepper 1/2 c. salt 2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. ground red pepper 3 tsp. garlic powder Mix all ingredients in a large bowl; stir together. Place in dry airtight container for storage. When using, place amount needed in shaker-type container. Shake on meat as it is cooking. Dry mix will merge with juice of the meat being cooked. |
