CHEESE SOUP AND BROCCOLI 
1/2 c. grated celery
1/2 c. grated onion
1/2 c. grated carrots
3/4 stick butter
4 c. milk
Salt and pepper
1 (100 g.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
1 lb. processed American cheese

Mix celery, onion and carrots into a 2 quart pan with butter. Simmer until tender. Add milk, salt and pepper to taste. Add cheese and continue cooking on low heat until cheese is melted.
