CHICKEN CRUNCH 
1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tbsp. parsley
2 lb. chicken parts
1 c. finely crushed dried bread cubes or Corn Flake crumbs
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. melted butter

Combine the soup, milk, parsley and onions. In separate bowl, combine crumbs, poultry seasoning and salt. Dredge chicken in soup mixture and then in crumbs. Place chicken pieces in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and drizzle with melted butter. bake at 350 degrees until tender, about 45 minutes.
