CHICKEN COLLEEN 
8 oz. boneless chicken breasts
6 oz. broccoli florets
1 oz. white wine
1/2 lb. ziti, cooked
Grated Romano cheese

Cut boneless chicken breast into 3 strips. Saute chicken in butter. Sprinkle with pepper. When chicken is half cooked add broccoli florets and 1 ounce white wine. When chicken is fully cooked add cooked ziti and 3 tablespoons of grated Romano. Toss and serve.
