FAVORITE REFRIGERATOR ROLL DOUGH 
1 1/2 c. lukewarm potato water
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 cake compressed yeast
2 eggs
2/3 c. soft shortening
1 c. lukewarm mashed potatoes
7 to 7 1/2 c. sifted flour

Mix the above together and crumble into mixture 1 cake compressed yeast. Stir until dissolved. Add 2 eggs and 2/3 cup soft shortening. Then add 1 cup lukewarm mashed potatoes. Gradually add 7 to 7 1/2 cups sifted flour. Place in refrigerator. About 2 hours before baking, shape into desired rolls, coffee cakes, etc. Cover and let rise until light (1 1/2 to 2 hours). Bake at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen medium-sized rolls.
