BAKED SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. or more ground chuck
1 chopped onion
1 large can spaghetti sauce or several small cans tomato sauce
Italian seasoning to taste
garlic salt to taste
oregano to taste
spaghetti noodles
1 c. or more grated cheese

Brown the ground chuck and onion; drain well. Add the spaghetti sauce or tomato sauce. Add the Italian seasoning, garlic salt and oregano to taste. Simmer all ingredients 1 hour or more. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti noodles not quite done. Pour hot meat mixture into large bowl. Add drained hot noodles. Mix. Add the cheese. Stir until melted. Pour into 9 x 13 dish.

Bake approximately 25 minutes or hot and bubbly in 325°F to 350°F oven. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Freezes well!!
