VEG - ALL CASSEROLE 
3 cans Veg-All
1 can water chestnuts
1/2 stick butter
1 jar Cheese Whiz

Put everything in casserole. Drain veg-all. Quarter chestnuts. Put in butter. Add melted Cheese Whiz. Next melt 1/2 stick butter. Crush Ritz crackers in butter. Put on casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 1/2 hour.
