FIVE FLAVOR POUND CAKE 
6 eggs
3 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1 c. milk (whole)
1 tsp. baking powder (Calument)
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1 tsp. of each flavor (vanilla, rum, coconut, lemon, and almond)
3 c. sifted flour (Daily Bread all-purpose)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes in a tube cake pan. Mix butter, egg yolks (one at a time); add vegetable oil; sift flour three times. Add flour and milk and blend until smooth. Fold egg whites.

Note: Butter and eggs should be room temperature.

GLAZE:

3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 stick of butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. orange peels

Warm butter or microwave; add all ingredients and mix well. Spoon on cake.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
