STUFFING FOR FISH | |
1 med. onion 2 tbsp. butter 1 rib celery 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes 3 c. dry bread crumbs 1 pt. oysters Dice onion. Saute in butter until tender. Cut celery in small pieces, add celery, parsley flakes and bread crumbs to onion. Cut oysters into chunks. Add oysters to mixture. Toss all together and stuff in fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. |
