RASPBERRY JELLO CHEESE CAKE 
1 can evaporated milk
1 lg. & 1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 lg. pkg. raspberry Jello
1 (13 x 9 inch) graham cracker crumbs

First mix Jello using only the hot water. Set in freezer to jell. Combine milk, sugar and cream cheese; mix well. Fold in jelled Jello. Sprinkle pan with crumbs and pour in milk/Jello mixture. Sprinkle with extra graham cracker crumbs, refrigerate.
