FROZEN BLUEBERRY YOGURT WITH
EQUAL
 
1 c. frozen unsweetened blueberries
1 tsp. unflavored gelatin, softened in warm water
2 c. low-fat yogurt
2 packets Equal

Blend the berries and softened gelatin into the yogurt; add the Equal. Pour into a shallow pan and place in the freezer. Whip the mixture every 15 to 20 minutes with a fork until frozen, to incorporate air and to reduce the size of the ice crystals. Serve in chilled sherbet glasses.
