FINGER LICKING BAR - B - QUED
RIBS
 
1/2 c. brewed quality coffee
Dash of pepper
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of chili powder
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
5 or 6 country style ribs

In large saucepan, saute onion in 3 tablespoons butter. Add first eight ingredients to sauteed onions and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line broiler pan with aluminum foil and place ribs on foil. Brush sauce over ribs. At 30 minutes intervals, turn ribs and brush with sauce. Cook ribs for 90 minutes.
