1 pkg. chocolate cake mix with pudding
1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
1 3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. oil
2 eggs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Nestle's chocolate chips

Beat together 1 3/4 cups milk, 1/3 cup oil and 2 eggs. Add and mix by hand all remaining ingredients. Bake in sprayed tube or bundt pan for 50 to 55 minutes at 350 degrees.
