1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. Jello chocolate instant pudding
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1 c. chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Stir well with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
