SHRIMP AND LINGUINI 
1 lb. med. shrimp
1 med. bell pepper
1 sm. onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 stick butter
1 lb. linguini
Salt & pepper

Peel and devein shrimp. Wash. Set aside. Chop onion, bell pepper and garlic. Saute in butter. Add shrimp. Cook on medium heat until shrimp are done. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve over cooked linguini. Makes 4 to 6 servings. 1/2 cup cooking sherry, may be added to shrimp for a little extra flavor. Makes 4-6 servings.
