VEAL STEW 
1 lb. cut up veal
1 can of beer
1 can of beef broth
10 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. carrots
1/2 c. celery
1 c. onions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Put first 5 ingredients in iron pot, cover and cook for 2 hours. Add last 3 ingredients. Cook for another 45 minutes. Turn off oven, let stand in oven for 1/2 hour. Serve over rice, couscous or noodles.
