1 can sm. cocktail shrimp, drain & rinse
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 heaping tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Heinz Chili Sauce

Soften cream cheese, cream together cream cheese, mayonnaise and chili sauce. When smooth, add shrimp. Chill.
