PAUL'S SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach
1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced & drained
2 handfuls fresh bean sprouts (canned, 16 oz.), if fresh not available
2 hard boiled eggs, sliced

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. catsup
1/3 c. vinegar
1 c. salad oil
5 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 sm. onion, finely minced

Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Make dressing, can be stored, covered, several months in refrigerator. Makes enough dressing for at least 3 salads.

Sweet/Sour Taste - Good with beef, hamburger, steak, roast. Also good as a main dish with French bread.
