PAUL'S SPECIAL SOUP 
3 qt. tomato juice

Bring tomato juice to boil and add 2 to 3 pounds ground beef (broken into bits and tomato juice remains boiling). Season to taste with: 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 lg. onion, diced 3 lg. carrots, diced 1 bell pepper, diced 2 stalks celery, diced

NOTE: Onion, carrots, pepper and celery can also be chopped by using a blender. Bring this to a boil and add 1 pound macaroni (cooked or uncooked). NOTE: Soup will be thicker using uncooked macaroni. Stir over medium heat about 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 1 hour or eating temperature. Delicious with cornbread and baking powder biscuits.
