ROAST 
1 large Boston Butt or Pic-Nic Roast

Boil Boston Butt or Pic-Nic roast for 1 hour. Put it into a pan and baste it with sauce. Cook for 1 1/2 hours at 350°F. It should fall off of the bone when cut.

Basting Sauce:

2 tbsp. of vinegar
1 small squirt of mustard
1 tsp. of meat tenderizer
1 tsp. seasoning
1 tbsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. salt and pepper

Melt butter and mix all ingredients into it. Bring to a boil over medium heat and spread onto the meat.
