OVEN FRIED POTATOES 
8 lg., unpeeled baking potatoes, each cut in 8 wedges
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika

Arrange potato wedges, peel side down, in shallow baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender.
