VANILLA CHIP FRUIT TART 
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. confectioner's sugar
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
Vanilla Filling (recipe follows)
Fruit Topping (recipe follows)

Heat oven to 300 degrees. Beat butter and powdered sugar until fluffy. Blend in flour. Press mixture onto bottom and side of 12 inch round pizza pan. Bake 20-25 minutes. Cool. Spread Vanilla Filling on cooled crust. Cover and chill. Spread Fruit Topping on top and chill.

VANILLA FILLING:

10 oz. pkg. vanilla milk chips
1/4 c. whipping cream
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese

Melt chips and cream in microwave. Beat in cream cheese.

FRUIT TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Assorted fresh fruit

In small saucepan mix sugar and cornstarch and juices. Cook, medium heat, stirring. Slice and arrange fruit on filling. Pour juice mix over fruit.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
