FOUR LAYER CHOCOLATE PIE 
NOTE: Ingredients are listed by layer.

FIRST LAYER:

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix and press into bottom of 2 quart pyrex pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Blend together. Pour on first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

2 sm. pkgs. chocolate instant pudding
3 c. whole cold milk

Beat until smooth and thick. Spread over 2nd layer.

FOURTH LAYER:

Sm. container Cool Whip
Chopped nuts

Spread Cool Whip over top of 3rd layer. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Makes 15 servings. Will keep in refrigerator several days.
