EGG ROLLS 
1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thaw & pat dry
2 eggs, scrambled
1/2 can water chestnuts
2 sticks bok choy
3 green onions
3 or 4 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 sm. basket of mushrooms
1/2 c. shrimp
1/2 c. fried bacon
1/2 c. fried sausage
1 shredded carrot

Chop all up and mix together. Roll in wrappers and fry in oil until golden brown. Serve with mustard or sweet and sour sauce. Use a flour paste to seal the wrappers.
