CHEESE AND SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. of cottage cheese 3 unbeaten eggs 1/4 lb. American cheese cut into coarse pieces 1/4 c. butter 1 pkg. frozen spinach, chop when partially thawed 3 tbsp. flour Add egg to cheese. Mix well. Add cheese (American) and chopped spinach, mix. Add flour. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole (oiled). Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until crust is brown. |
