NAPA CABBAGE SALAD 
1 bunch napa cabbage, chopped
5 green onions, chopped (top also)

Chill. Brown in butter until golden brown: 2 pkg. Ramen noodles (omit flavor packet) break up noodles 1 (2 1/2 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds 1/4 c. sesame seeds

Drain on paper towel and cool.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar

Blend well. 20 minutes before serving mix all ingredients and add dressing.
