APPLE NUT RAISIN MUFFINS 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 (21 oz.) can apple pie filling
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

3 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. flour

In bowl, combine sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs; then mix in apple pie filling, walnuts and raisins. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Then mix into apple pie mixture. Fill greased muffin tins 1/2 full. To make topping, combine sugars, butter and flour. Sprinkle over batter in tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 or 20 minutes.

Makes 18 to 24 muffins.
