OVEN BEEF STEW | |
2 lbs. stew beef 4 med. potatoes 3 lg. carrots 1 lg. onion 2 cloves garlic 1 can stewed tomatoes 1 pkg. beef broth Pepper to taste 2 tbsp. gravy master 3 tbsp. flour Cut beef into 1 inch cubes. Cut potatoes and carrots into 1 inch pieces. Chop onion and garlic. Put above ingredients in casserole and add stewed tomatoes, beef broth, pepper, gravy master and about 3 tablespoons flour mixed with water to thicken. Cover with water. Cook about 3 1/2 hours at 400 degrees. |
