DATE-NUT CARROT MUFFINS 
1 pkg. Date Muffin Mix (Pillsbury)
1 cup Wheat Bran
1 cup Whole Milk
1 cup Shredded Carrots
3/4 cup Pitted Dates, Chopped
1 Egg

Preheat oven to 400. Line 12 muffin tins with muffin paper or spray with non-stick spray. In a medium bow, stir muffin mix, bran, milk, and eggs. Fold in carrots and dates. (Batter should be lumpy.) Place in muffin tins.

Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
