2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. orange rind

Cook and stir over hot water until thick, 15 minutes. Fold in 1 cup whipping cream and 1/2 cup toasted almonds. For fruit salad or cakes.
