BARBECUED POT ROAST 
1 (3-4 lb.) arm roast
Meat tenderizer
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 clove garlic, minced
Dash of basil
Dash of oregano
Dash of crushed thyme

Sprinkle beef with tenderizer. Place in Dutch oven. Combine remaining ingredients, pour over beef. Cover pan tightly. Bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Make gravy from pan drippings.
