1 sm. jar regular Cheez Whiz 1 can cream of celery soup 1 med. onion, diced 4 tbsp. butter Potatoes Peel and slice enough potatoes to fill a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Boil potatoes along with onion until just tender. While potatoes and onion are boiling, melt Cheez Whiz, soup, and butter together in a small saucepan. Stir to make a creamy sauce. Drain potatoes and onion, return to pan, pour hot sauce over hot potatoes. Shake pan to coat potatoes to avoid stirring. Pour potatoes into 9 x 13 inch dish. Garnish with salt and pepper. |
