POTATO SALAD 
4 lg. potatoes
5 eggs, boiled
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sandwich spread

Peel and dice potatoes; cook until tender. Boil eggs and chop into small pieces. Put cooked potatoes and egg into a large bowl. Add onion, salt and sandwich spread. Mix well.
