DEVILED ENGLISH PEAS 
1 (16 oz.) can English peas, drained
4 hard cooked eggs,
1/2 c. chopped pimiento
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (#2) can fried onion rings

Layer peas, egg slices, pimiento and cheese in casserole. Spread half of soup. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Garnish with onion rings. Heat. Good and pretty too.
