GRASSHOPPER PIE 
Chocolate crumb crust (recipe follows)
1/4 c. creme de cacao
1/4 c. green creme de menthe
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
Whipped cream (opt.)

Prepare chocolate crumb crust (below). Blend liquors and gradually add softened ice cream, blending well. Pour into prepared crust. Freeze, uncovered, until firm. Wrap with freezer paper. May garnish with whipped cream if desired.

CHOCOLATE CRUMB CRUST:

1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. cinnamon

Mix ingredients together. Press evenly into buttered pie plate. Place in 375 degree oven for 8 minutes. Cool completely before filling. Place pie in refrigerator for half an hour prior to serving.
