LEMON FLUFF 
1 pint boiling water
2 boxes lemon Jell-O
1 cup sugar
Juice of 2 lemons
1 cup powdered milk
1 pint ice water
yellow food coloring

Graham Cracker Shell:

3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup melted butter

Dissolve boiling water, lemon Jell-O and sugar and set aside to chill. Beat powdered milk in ice water until it holds a peak. Add lemon juice and beat well. Add Jell-O mixture and blend well. Add yellow coloring.

For shell, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup melted butter. Press in greased 9 x 13 dish. Add lemon mixture and chill several hours before serving.
