MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
16 c. popped corn
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 clean lg. brown bag

Combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt in 2 quart glass bowl. Microwave on high power for 1 1/2 minutes, or until mixture boils. Boil 3 minutes, stirring several times. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.

Pour popcorn into brown bag. Drizzle caramel sauce into bag. Fold over top of bag and shake well. Microwave 1 minute, shake. Microwave 1 minute, shake. Microwave 1/2 minute, shake. Microwave 1/2 minute, shake. Pour hot caramel on teflon sheet to cool. 6 to 10 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
