BLUE CRAB STUFFING 
1 lb. blue crab meat
1 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
3/4 c. celery, finely chopped
3/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. parsley, finely chopped

Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a large mixing bowl. Stuff mixture into shells or casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes enough stuffing for 6 crab shells.
