RHUBARB PUDDING 
2 c. diced rhubarb
2 c. diced bread
Little butter and nutmeg
Yolks of 2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. milk

In baking dish, put a layer of bread and layer of butter, then a layer of rhubarb, a little butter and nutmeg. Have a layer of bread on top. Mix together sugar, milk and egg yolks, pour over pudding. Bake 1 hour.

When done, take the whites of the 2 eggs, 1 tablespoon sugar, beat together. Put over top. Brown in oven about 10 minutes.
