GERMAN POTATO SALAD | |
2 lb. potatoes 1 to 1 1/2 c. chicken broth 6 to 8 tbsp. vinegar Salt & pepper to taste 1 sm. onion 4 tbsp. oil Wash and boil potatoes in their skins. When done, peel while hot and cut potatoes in thin slices. Spread vinegar over, pour hot broth, add salt, pepper and finely chopped onion. Add oil and mix. Serve warm. |
