PARTY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4-6 chicken breasts, cooked and cut up
4-8 sliced hard-boiled eggs
3 tbsp. (or less) lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 sm. chopped onion
1 can water chestnuts, sliced and celery to make 2 c.
Potato chips or bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. slivered almonds
1 c. mayonnaise

Mix all but eggs and chips. Put half in casserole. Add layer of eggs. Add remainder and top with potato chips. OPTIONAL: Add vegetables, cook if frozen to get rid of some water. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. This freezes well; but leave out the eggs since they get rubbery.
