CORNBREAD STUFFING | |
1 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 1/2 c. chopped celery 1/2 c. butter 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning 1/2 tsp. sage 1 recipe cornbread 3 c. soft bread crumbs 3 eggs, slightly beaten Broth 1 chopped apple Saute onion and celery in butter until soft. Add seasonings. Pour over bread; add eggs and broth (3/4 cup) and toss together. Bake in greased pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 9. |
